Dear fellow CB members
We have been running our mid-sized construction company for almost 20 years. During this time, getting our website developed has been the single most beneficial action we’ve taken to increase our business. I appreciate that this may sound like a sales pitch... But unfortunately CB are not paying me to say this.
I believe we don’t get any actual new business from people trawling the web and just stumbling across Superior Construction. Which, foolishly, is why I though you needed a website.... What it actually does for is, is when existing clients refer us to their friends and family, potential clients can now see our company profile very clearly.
So much more professional than just “call this guy Phil, he’s a good builder” as they get handed a crumpled business card with coffee stains on it. Now it is; “Our builder is great, have a look at his website”. What our website has provided us with, is credibility. All of a sudden our potential clients can see who we are, what we stand for, our references and what we have built in the past.
Our website gives people the confidence that we’re an established, professional business. Frankly, this day and age, I don’t understand how you could afford to NOT have a website. Thinking back, every single client we have worked with in the last year or so has mentioned how great & professional our website looks. (thanks Eve)
Whilst it did require some hours of work collating information, photo’s and planning around what image we wanted to portray, CB makes this process as painless as possible.
If your thoughts are “nah, don’t need it” I suggest for you to consider moving with the times. Your competition has a website; why don’t you?
